In front of the village entrance to Schennais a bottleneck where only one direction can travel. After 50 meters this main road splits, here you keep right and 50 meters further is the Schenna fire station. The entrance is on the opposite side of the street from the fireworks.

Breakfast awaits you daily 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m in the traditional "Tiroler Stube" in the farmhouse.

Bed linen, towels and cosmetic items such as soap and facial tissues in the rooms/apartments are included. But we ask you to bring your own towels for the outdoor pool.

The outdoor pool made of quartzide verde rock suits you seasonal, available from around May to the beginning of October, depending on the weather.

The Jacuzzi is heated with 37.5° all year round available. Bathrobes can also be rented on site for a small laundry fee.

In the Swimming pool room there is also a shower with toilet, a darts wall, other games as well as books and magazines.

In the high season from May to October, at Whitsun, Easter and New Year's Eve - New Year we have a minimum stay in the apartments of 7 nights with arrival and departure on a weekend day (Sa-, Sontag). A stay of 10, 13 and 14 nights is also possible. Changes on request.
There is no minimum stay in the rooms, but 1-3 nights bookings can usually only be made by e-mail.

The municipality of Schenna charges a visitor's tax for the accommodation of guests 2.80 € per person per night, which can only be paid in cash on site.

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code -  However, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
Room: In the event of a short-term cancellation 30 days before the start of the trip or early departure, we unfortunately have to charge you for the booked nights.
Apartments: we charge a deposit of €200 (Pink Lady) or €300 (Gala) per week. For short-term cancellations from 60 days before the start of the trip we charge 60%, from 30 days before arrival or early departure we unfortunately have to invoice you for the booked nights.

If we manage to re-rent the room/apartment, the costs of the further rented days will of course no longer apply. Attention, the discount is only available by direct booking!

We are happy to offer you a convenient laundry service . We charge a small additional fee for this – clean, uncomplicated and convenient for you.

Our boiler room is available at any time to quickly and reliably dry clothes, shoes or jackets – ideal after hikes, excursions or a rainy day.

Upon request, we will also gladly provide you with an iron and ironing board so that you can freshen up your clothes at any time.

Apartment guests can also take advantage of our convenient bread roll service. Simply order your desired rolls the day before – and the next morning, freshly delivered rolls will be waiting for you at your apartment door.

To make your stay even more memorable, we offer a weekly activity – depending on the season – organized by a member of our family. Together we'll discover the most beautiful parts of our surroundings and share special moments at the Prairerhof.

Our changing program may include, among other things:

• leisurely bike tours,

• Hiking or guided mountain tours,

• Snowshoe hikes or shared skiing days,

• a convivial barbecue evening,

• or a lovingly organized dinner.

These activities are optional and can be booked for a small additional fee.

This allows you to freely decide whether you would like to add a special experience – entirely according to your mood, whim and holiday spirit.

Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer before arrival.

For invoices, we ask you to inform us before your arrival.
